- Analytics Data: Cloudflare Analytics retains aggregated, anonymized traffic data in accordance with Cloudflare's data retention policies. No personally identifiable analytics data is collected or stored.
- Google Analytics Data: GA4 retains analytics data in accordance with Google's data retention policies (default 14 months). Data is anonymized and aggregated where applicable.
- Newsletter Email Addresses: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. Upon unsubscribing, your email address will be removed from our active mailing list. Beehiiv may retain suppression records to honor your opt-out preference.
- Correspondence: Emails and other communications you send to us may be retained for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry and for our legal records.
- Server Logs: Cloudflare access logs are retained in accordance with Cloudflare's data retention policies, typically for a limited period.
